"We want to make sure every student has access to the resources they need to succeed."

Mission

My mission is to empower higher education institutions to foster student success, enhance retention, and strengthen academic support. We are dedicated to ensuring that every student has equitable access to the resources they need to thrive. Through innovative strategies, personalized consulting, and collaborative partnerships, we help academic support departments create inclusive environments that promote achievement and lifelong learning. Our commitment is to inspire educational excellence and support every student’s journey to success.

Vision

I envision a higher education landscape where every student, regardless of background or circumstance, has the support, resources, and opportunities needed to achieve academic success. Through our commitment to innovation, equity, and collaboration, we strive to transform student support systems, enhance retention, and create a future where all learners can reach their fullest potential.

About

Terron “Tee” Dames embarked on his academic journey at Central State University (CSU) in August 2018, pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Classical Performance. While at CSU, he distinguished himself as an active and influential presence on campus. He was a dedicated member of the Invincible Marching Marauders, represented his peers on the Royal Court as Mr. CHAS, and demonstrated his visionary leadership by founding The Bahamas Philharmonic Orchestra.

After graduating in the spring of 2022, Terron began his teaching career as English teacher, and the Director of Bands at Central Point Preparatory Academy, where he swiftly earned a reputation for excellence. His commitment to education and leadership led him back to CSU in mid-spring 2023, where he assumed the role of Coordinator for the Office of Academic Support and Instructional Services, all while pursuing a Master’s degree in Theology.

Beyond his contributions to academia, Terron is dedicated to community service, serving as a Trustee for the Liberian After School Learning Program, a vital literacy initiative supporting young learners in Liberia.
